Acceptance

By creating an account or using Upcoming Birthday Tracker ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

Upcoming Birthday Tracker helps you track and get reminded about birthdays, anniversaries, and yahrzeits on the Hebrew and civil calendars, share lists with family, and subscribe to a calendar feed. The Service is provided free of charge.

Your account

• You must be an adult (the age of majority where you live) to create an account.
• Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

Please use the Service respectfully. Don't:

• Add or share other people's personal information without a legitimate reason to have it.
• Use the Service to send spam or to harass anyone.
• Attempt to break, overload, probe, or circumvent the security of the Service.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful.

Your content

The information you add stays yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process it so we can provide the Service to you and the people you share with. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Sharing

When you share a list or post a join link, you're responsible for who you give access to. People you share with can view the information on that list.

Reminders are best-effort

We work hard to deliver reminders on time, but they depend on email providers, push services, and other systems outside our full control. Please don't rely on the Service as your only reminder for anything critical — we can't guarantee that every notification is delivered.

Availability & "as is"

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for missed reminders or notifications.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll revise the date above when we do. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
